These chicken roasters are created one-at-a-time by hand in stoneware clay in North Carolina. The stoneware is lead-free, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Includes a free recipe card for “Original Chicken” and Pot Roast, both of which can be easily enhanced with your own herbs and spices! Holds a 4 lb. hen or 3.5 lb. rolled roast.
