Product Description
The WMF Function 4, Ø 6”/16 cm high casserole measures 4” | 10cm in height and holds a capacity of 2qt/1,9ll. Not only appealing at first glance, Function 4 is an award winning innovative design made in Germany from the highest of quality polished Croamrgan 18/10 stainless steel.
Due to the thickness of the base, heat is absorbed and evenly distributed through the food.
The heat resistant red silicone seal around the rim of the lid has a unique function. By simply aligning the markings on the rim of the pan to the lid, each cookware piece can be positioned to pour or strain liquid with one simple turning action.
There are 4 functions to choose from, ranging from larger holes suitable for noodles to smaller holes ideal for rice dishes. The lid can also be aligned to be completely closed of open when required.
The heat resistant glass lid can be permanently heated up to a temperature of 180 degrees and sits firmly on the Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel base, ensuring an almost silent cooking experience. Completed with inside scaling to ensure accurate measuring and stay cool hollow handles, WMF Function 4 couldn’t make cooking any easier.
WMF Function 4 is suitable for all heat sources including induction and has won numerous design awards. The clear glass centre of the lid not only enables you to observe the cooking process but also is designed to compliment the Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel base, proving an interesting contrast to the brightly colored silicone ring.
